Bavarian cyclists do not fear snow. Yesterday many cyclists could be watched at downtown Munich. Compared to Hamburg the behaviour of Munich cyclists is absolutely different. Same weather conditions in northern Germany but nearly nobody takes the cycle on the way to downtown Hamburg. Cycle culture in Hamburg is so much different. The award European Green Capital at least seems not to refer to cycle traffic in Hamburg.
