Only a few weeks until Hamburg is European Green Capital 2011. The report Öko-Hauptstadt Hamburg of Deutsche Welle TV shows the handicap of Hamburg´s traffic system, especially the bad cycle infrastructure of Hamburg´s newest quarter, the Hafencity near city hall.
